Yoga unites the mind, body, and breath in a way that eases tension, reduces inflammation, and promotes health and well being. Yoga is a great way to improve your endurance in other physical activities. After a busy day, run or heavy workout, yoga will help your body relax while stretching, strengthening, and lengthening the muscles. It is also good for the long-term health of your joints and bone strength, and improves flexibility, stability and mobility.
Aqua yoga is an exciting new concept. The blend of water yoga style poses, breath and mind work is an emotionally balancing experience. It is a harmonious and uplifting programme, suitable for those with joint problems, recovering from injury or surgery, strengthening upper body, all levels are welcome.
Prenatal yoga is a multifaceted approach to exercise that encourages stretching, mental centering and focused breathing. Research suggests that prenatal yoga is safe and can have many benefits for pregnant women and their babies. Online classes available twice a week by invitation, contact us if you are interested to join.

Next booking deposit £200 paid by 1st January 2025 to secure places for October 2025, total fee £1,800 per person - it incudes 18 days in Himalayas for small groups 6-8 people. In addition one week (optional for extra fee £1,500 per person) the tour Golden triangle around India. The price £1,800 per person per two and half weeks includes accommodation, meals and local transportation (flight costs to Dehli not included, alcohol not included). Maximum elevation is about 12,600 feet, lodging is a combination of private and government lodges and tent camping.

Although I have been working for over 20 years in a large corporate company as a Finance Supervisor I have been practicing yoga regularly since 2002. I have developed a great passion for yoga over the years and in 2017 decided to become a full time yoga teacher. I have completed the 200 hours Yoga Teacher Training at Sun Power Yoga Ltd consisting of practical assessments, health and safety, anatomy and yoga philosophy and became a qualified Yoga Teacher; I also enhanced my qualification further to teach Aqua Yoga and Kids Yoga. In addition I successfully completed the 100 hours Intensive Hatha Yoga Teacher Training (Basic to Intermediate level) in 2020 and the 100 hours Prenatal Yoga Teacher Training in 2021 at the International Yoga Academy (IYA) in Chennai India; this course enhanced my yoga experience and deepen my knowledge on yoga and its application methods, including subjects such as meditation, yoga therapy and Ayurveda. In 2023 I went again to India for one month and completed Onsite 200-hours Intensive Hatha Yoga Teacher Training Certificate Course Intermediate to Advanced Level at the IYA in Chennai. My learning never stops.
My main teaching technique is mixed of Hatha and Vinyasa Krama Power Yoga which is a balanced strength and flexibility workout, including modifications for people that are less able.
Given my own experiences, I tailor my courses to people working in an office environment to help address symptoms following sitting at a desk for long hours which can cause long term health issues, back and neck pain, headaches, fatigue and work related stress.
I dedicate my teaching to help people improve their lives by sharing my knowledge and enable them to practice yoga to improve their health and general well being. I teach beginners, pregnant women, dancers, runners, bodybuilders, the elderly and mothers with small children. I regularly teach beginner & intermediate classes, 1:1 private classes, Kids and Teens classes, Aqua yoga classes. I teach corporate yoga classes in the workplace on a regular basis at Aston Martin Lagonda and Cogent. I teach regularly at the Village Hotel Club Coventry and also provide holiday and sickness cover at Audley Binswood Leisure in Leamington Spa and and Elite Therapy in Coventry. I am DBS (Disclosure & Barring Service) checked and insured.
